We cut through overwhelm (even amidst the most chaotic or distracting circumstances) to sharpen your intuition, resolve sticky dynamics at work or home, and unlock your ability to respond instead of react and the intensity to create change.

Custom Consulting

Workplace issues, if left unacknowledged, will only grow to cause more serious issues and cultural ills down the road. 

We will listen with you to:

  • Assess your workplace culture and identify root issues, 
  • Notice stuck places with system implications and transform them into system-wide opportunities, and
  • Provide practical, elegant solutions and skills-building that you can use for immediate results and deep change over time. 

Drawing from our experience and specialized expertise, we will work with you to design a format that works best for you, your team and your organization. Our custom Train-the-Trainer programs also offer a potent, cost-effective way to cultivate and sustain the changes you want to see.

Skills Lab & Consulting Hours

Best fit for:

Idealistic, practical, successful small business owners with 5- 35 full time employees or consultants and executives who work with leadership, team and organizational dynamics.

Prerequisite:  A strong awareness or prior training in embodiment or somato- sensory practices or intro to the core skills through work with our licensed consultants, Navigating Living, core Humaning Well Skills series, Tai Sophia, MUIH or Duggan Method.  This is not for folks new to embodiment or leadership.  Book a call to assess fit.

Transformative Practice Skills labs and Office hours are available to enroll below.  These are for continued learning and honing/ deepening effective leadership applications for your current work and community.

2025 pricing:

$450/ month Skills Lab: meets Mondays 12:30-1pm ET

$1200/ month Skills Lab plus Office Hours- includes asynchronous voice support: Meets Mondays 12:30-1pm ET plus Fridays 12-1pm ET.

For Future’s Sake:
A Fiercely Human Leadership Program

Our one-year, graduate-level (but deeper and highly customized) virtual program for purpose-driven leaders centers on sensory and somatic skills for self-other leadership and intentional culture design. Learn and personalize your practice of the 12 Humaning Well Core Skills. These skills will be iteratively honed and layered throughout. Then explore their potential and apply them in team, organizational structure, and organization as culture purveyor spheres.

Format: Skills lab, weekly office hours, and a monthly alignment call.  Asynchronous support. 

2025 Applications due: Jan 9, September 19. Group sizes limited to 12.

Prerequisite:  Conversation for fit and appropriate regenerative economic or structural outcomes.

Preferred: People working at the intersections of environment, technology, healthcare, food, construction, education, finance and/OR who’ve completed the 12 Skills Intensive, course or previous work with a Humaning Well practitioner.

2025 Tuition: $45,000 (12 payments) or $39,000 (single payment). Scholarships are available.
